What this planner keeps about you, where, and how to remove it.

Without an account

Your plan stays in this browser on this device. Nothing about it is sent to us, except a contract you choose to have read (below).

With an account

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, and nothing else from your Google account. We keep them with your wedding plan: your details, checklist, budget, payments, guest list (names, party sizes, dietary needs, replies and tables) and ang bao record.

Everything is stored in a Cloudflare database. Your session is kept in a cookie that only this site can read; it is not used for tracking or advertising.

Planning together

Anyone you invite with an invite link can see and change the whole plan, and sees your name and email address as someone they plan with.

Contracts

When you have a contract read, the file is sent to Anthropic's Claude to find the payment dates and amounts. This site does not keep the file; only the payments you check and save become part of your plan. Contract reading needs an account and is limited to 20 contracts a day.

Your guests

Your guest list holds other people's details. Keep only what you need for the wedding, and remove the list when you no longer need it.

Removing your data

Go to Details and choose Delete account. That removes your account, your sessions and invite links, and your plan, unless your partner still shares it, in which case they keep it. Signing out removes the plan from that browser; Download backup gives you a copy at any time.
